If you drive a crane or a tow truck, Towigo brings you jobs so you spend less time waiting and more time on the road. You go online when you want to work, get offers near you, and see what you will receive before you say yes.

You can work on your own vehicle or on one owned by a fleet. Either way you register on the partner portal from your phone.

How a job works

Go online
Switch yourself online in the app. Your location is shared only while you are online or on a job.

Get an offer
A job near you appears on your phone with the route and what you will receive.

Accept and reach the customer
Once the customer has paid the token online, you can start. You see that it is paid, not the amount.

Tow
Load, tow and deliver. Share your progress and talk to the customer on the booking.

Collect the balance
At the drop, the customer pays the balance by cash or UPI. Your earnings screen shows the job.

Who can join

The exact list is shown in the app during registration, because it can change.

You are 18 or older.
You have a valid driving licence.
You work on a crane or tow truck, your own or an owner's.
You have a smartphone with GPS and a mobile number of your own.
You have an Aadhaar and a PAN, and a bank account for payouts.

Two ways to work with Towigo

I own my crane and drive it

Register once and set up both yourself and your vehicle.
Add your vehicle's registration and documents.
Your payouts come to you.

I only drive

Work on a vehicle owned by a fleet owner.
Your fleet owner adds you, or you join through them.
You are linked to one fleet at a time.

What you get

Control over your time

You are available only when you switch yourself online. Nothing switches you off by itself.

Your rate is part of your profile

Fares use the per-kilometre rate on your profile. New drivers start from the default rate.

A fair return trip

The distance is counted both ways, so the empty drive back is paid.

A clear breakdown

Trip payout, platform fee, tax and what you receive are shown on every job.

Chat with the customer

Send and read messages on the booking page.

Help when it goes wrong

If a customer cancels, you can receive compensation depending on how far the job had gone.

Questions partners ask

Do I need my own crane or tow truck?

No. You can drive a vehicle owned by a fleet owner. If you own one yourself, you can register as an owner-driver.

Can I choose when to work?

Yes. You get offers only while you are online, and you decide when to go online or offline.

Can I work with more than one fleet?

A driver is linked to one fleet at a time. If you change fleets, your fleet owner or our team can help.

How am I paid?

The customer pays a token online and the balance by cash or UPI at the drop. Your earnings screen shows each job, and the earnings page explains the numbers.

Does the customer see my phone number?

Customers do not see your rate. After the token is paid, the booking confirmation message shares the phone numbers so you can reach each other for that job.

What documents do I need?

Usually your licence, Aadhaar and PAN, and a bank account. The app shows the exact list when you register.
