Towigo operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent towing partners, crane operators, and roadside assistance providers. Unless expressly stated,Towigo is not the direct provider of on-ground towing or recovery services.

We strive to keep platform content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, ETAs, coverage maps, or availability information are complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Towing, recovery, and roadside assistance involve inherent risks including vehicle damage, delays, and personal injury. Towigo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact arrival times, or successful on-spot repair in every circumstance.

Service outcomes may depend on road conditions, weather, traffic, vehicle condition, legal clearances, partner availability, and customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle ownership, insurance coverage, and authority permissions where required.

Drivers, fleet partners, and crane operators on the platform are independent service providers or contractors. Towigo is not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or map services are provided for convenience. Towigo does not control and is not liable for third-party content or practices.

Towigo may use AI-assisted routing, pricing estimates, diagnostics, or voice interfaces. Such outputs are indicative only and may not always be accurate. You should not rely solely on AI-generated predictions for safety-critical decisions regarding vehicle operation or repair.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towigo and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services, including loss of profits, data, or vehicle value.
