Child Safety & Protection Policy

Towigo Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (“Towigo”) is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, and any form of harm to minors on our platform and in connection with our services.

Our services are intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Towigo has zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation;
• Grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of minors;
• Using our platform to facilitate harm to children;
• Any content, communication, or conduct that violates child protection laws in India.

Accounts or partners found violating this policy will be suspended or terminated immediately and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

This policy applies to:

• Customers, drivers, crane operators, and partners using Towigo applications;
• User-generated content including support chats, images, and profile information;
• Employees, contractors, and vendors with access to our systems.

We implement measures to reduce risk to minors, including:

• Age eligibility requirements at registration;
• Review of reported content and accounts;
• Partner background verification where applicable;
• Employee training on recognising and escalating child safety issues;
• Cooperation with lawful takedown and preservation requests.

Towigo complies with applicable Indian laws including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant intermediary guidelines. We will preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) as required.
