Booking
How do I book a tow truck?
Enter where the vehicle is and where it should go on our booking page, see the fare and confirm. You can also call us or message us on WhatsApp at any time.
Do I need to create an account?
You confirm your mobile number with a one-time code and give your name. That creates your account so you can track the tow and find your invoice.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the pickup where the vehicle is and the details of the vehicle, and give your own number so you can follow the booking.
What if no driver is found?
We tell you straight away so you can try again or speak to our team.
Price and payment
Do I see the price before I book?
Yes. Each charge is listed before you confirm.
How do I pay?
You pay a small token online to book, by UPI, card or net banking. You pay the balance by cash or UPI at the drop.
Why is the distance counted both ways?
The truck has to come back. Counting the return keeps the fare honest. See how a tow is priced for the details.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is available in your booking once the trip is done.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. What you are refunded depends on how far the booking has gone. The rules are on our refund page.

Tow types and vehicles
Which tow is safest for my car?
A flatbed carries the vehicle with all wheels off the road. It is the safest choice for automatics, EVs, all-wheel drive, low and damaged cars.
Do you tow electric cars?
Yes, on a flatbed. Tell us the model when you book.
Do you tow bikes and scooters?
Yes, on a bike carrier. Tell us the make and model when you book.
Can you recover a truck or a bus?
Heavy-duty tow trucks and cranes are available. Describe the vehicle, the load and the place when you book.
Can you tow my car to another city?
Yes. Enter the drop city and you will see the fare for the full trip before you confirm.

Safety and trust
Who are the drivers?
Drivers and fleet partners are verified before they can take jobs. You see the driver's name and vehicle in your booking.
Can I follow the truck?
Yes. Open your booking to see the driver on a live map.
Is Towigo an emergency service?
No. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call the police or an ambulance first, then book the tow.
What should I do after a breakdown on a highway?
Move to the shoulder, switch on hazard lights, keep away from traffic and share your live location. Our guide lists the steps in order.
