How Towigo works

Booking a tow takes about a minute. Here is every step, from the moment you ask for help to the moment your vehicle is delivered.

Seven steps, one minute to book

Tell us where the vehicle is and where it should go
Enter the pickup and the drop, or share your live location. Choose the vehicle type and tell us what happened.

Add the vehicle details
Brand, model, registration number if you have it, and the problem. Photos are optional and help the driver.

Confirm your phone number
We send a one-time code to your mobile so the driver and you can be reached. Signed-in customers skip this step.

See the fare
Your fare appears with each charge listed: the base, the distance, fees, tolls and tax. The fare you see is the fare you pay.

Pay a small token online
The token confirms the booking and is part of the fare, not extra. It is paid online by UPI, card or net banking.

A verified driver is assigned
You see the driver's name and vehicle, and you can follow the truck on a live map. You can message the driver from the booking page.

Pay the balance at the drop
When the vehicle reaches its destination, you pay the balance by cash or UPI. Your invoice is available in your booking.

Pay and get your invoice
Pay the balance by cash or UPI at the drop. A tax invoice is available in your booking.

Do I need an account to book?

You confirm your mobile number with a one-time code and give your name. That creates your account so you can track the tow and find your invoice.

Can I book without the website?

Yes. You can call us or message us on WhatsApp at any time and we help you book.

What if no driver is found?

We tell you straight away so you can try again or speak to our team.

Can I cancel?

Yes. What you are refunded depends on how far the booking has gone. The rules are on our refund page.
